Ricks PC Parts is a small company, we thrive to provide the
best customer service available. As small as we are, we cannot afford to much
of the credit card fraud that is out on the web these days. Therefore, we are
very strict on orders placed on our website. Please read the following:

Billing

1. We do not have access to credit card info, only the billing name and address.
2. If the order is being shipped to a different address than the billing address,
   we will randomly contact the customer at the billing address to verify.
3. If the order total is over a pre set limit, we reserve the right to contact the
   card holder before processing the order.
4. If the phone number you enter when placing the order does not work or you cannot
    be reached, your order will be held for verification.
5. All international orders must have a Confirmed PayPal Account. (No Exceptions)

Shipping

1. All first time orders whether shipped via UPS or FedEx require a delivery signature.
2. All orders over $200.00 require a delivery signature regardless.
3. It is our policy to ship all orders the same day as long as they are received
    before 3:00 pm CST Monday thru Friday and the order meets the billing policy.
4. Most of the products sold at Ricks PC Parts are shipped directly from the manufacture
    or distributor. We do our very best to ship your order from a distributor nearest to you
    to cut down on transit time. We are located in Alabama, we have distributors in Ga, Fl,
    NJ, Il, Ca. Most all of the manufactures are located in California,
